Alex Fraser-Watson is a qualified chef with over 17 years cooking experience from fine dining restaurants to 5 star hotels. He also has a passion for Authentic Thai cooking which he gained from learning the real Thai way.
He has catered for all walks of life including royalty, and now brings his knowledge and experience to the Fraser Coast, giving the same 5 star service which can be enjoyed in your own home.
Alex is extremely particular about his dishes and will only serve his best. His motto is “you’re only as good as your last meal” which keeps him focused and determined to keep his excellent reputation.
He is also very approachable and loves to chat to our customers. So don’t be shy to give your feedback, it’s what keeps us pushing forward.
Cook-Chill Process
Alex has sourced the best local products which are cooked the day they arrive. To avoid the use of preservatives our meals are put in a blast freezer which ‘snap freezers’ the dishes in a short time to ensure that your meal is as fresh as the day it was made.
Alex follows a strict food safety program.
